Project Overview
Carb Exchange Malawi is designed to assist diabetics in monitoring and maintaining an optimal diet. Upon signing up, users input their height and weight, allowing the app to calculate their BMI. This BMI is then used to recommend an appropriate range of calories, fats, proteins, and most importantly, carbohydrates to help users maintain a healthy diet.
